Jessica explained everything in a way that made us comfortable and was easy to understand as first time homebuyers. The fact that she's worked with military personnel was amazing since she already understood the military financial system and spoke the language so that our conversations didn't miss a beat whether talking about PCS, COLA, TSP, TLA, LES, TDYs, SGLI, DEROS...I think you get the picture. We were referred to Jessica through another military member and we couldn't be more thankful that we did. He answered every question right away. He was very nice and easy to communicate with. We had a list of things to clear up during the process. He did such a great job. He was nice, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lender. I looked forward to meeting him in person at the signing because of how great he was during the process.
